APPOINTMENT POLICIES

 

Booking Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure salon appointments.

Deposit applies toward final service total.

 

Late Policy

Grace period:
15–30 minutes

After grace period:

• appointment may be canceled
  OR

• late fee may apply
  OR

• service may need modification

 

No Show Policy

No-show appointments result in:

• deposit forfeiture

• possible future booking restrictions

• We do reach out with a text the day before, a call a hour before and even after the appointment time. No answer is a no call no show. 

 

Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations forfeit deposit.

 

Client Preparation

Clients must arrive:

• detangled (if required)

• free of excessive product buildup (unless wash service booked)

• on time

Failure to prepare may result in:

• added service fee

• rescheduling

 

Guests / Children

Only scheduled clients allowed unless pre-approved.

 

Payment Policy

Accepted payments:
online payment, cash app, apple pay, venmo

Remaining balance due at appointment completion.
