Due to the nature of beauty products, wigs, bundles, cosmetics, and personal care items:

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON:

  • Hair bundles

  • Wigs

  • Lace products

  • Cosmetics / makeup

  • Adhesives / glues

  • Opened beauty products

  • Clearance / promotional items

  • Custom orders

 

Eligible Returns

Returns may be approved ONLY if:

  • item arrives damaged

  • wrong item was shipped

  • unopened sealed product issue

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof required:

  • photos

  • order number

  • description of issue

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds may be:

  • original payment method
    OR

  • SalonInABox store credit

 

Refund processing time:

Standard Refunding depends on your banking institution. If paid via cash, cash app, zelle, apple  pay can be done same hour- same day depending on the situation. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
