  • At SalonInABox By Madam Vain, we strive to provide reliable local delivery service for beauty supplies, bundles, wigs, lace, and cosmetics throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

Delivery Hours

  • Local deliveries are available daily 7AM-2AM .

  • Same-hour deliveries guaranteed via text order, online orders can take up to 4hours depending on warehouse availability. send us a text if your ordering online to make sure you can get same hour deliveries.  

  • Same-day delivery for "DashDeals" "BeautyMart" orders must be in by 1pm to be delivered between 3pm-7pm.

  • Scheduled deliveries are available for next-day, second-day, or future dates. Same-Day Delivery

  • Orders placed before the daily cutoff may qualify for same-day delivery.

  • Same-day delivery is subject to product availability, weather conditions, driver availability, and delivery location.

  • Delivery fees vary based on location and distance.

Delivery Confirmation

  • Customers will receive communication regarding delivery status.

  • Please ensure the delivery address and contact information are accurate.

  • A valid phone number is required for local delivery orders.

Missed Deliveries

  • If the customer is unavailable:

  • The driver may attempt contact.

  • Redelivery fees may apply.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients may require an additional delivery charge.

  • Please let us know in advance if your want the order in a specific area or on the door knob.

Weather Policy

  • We proudly operate in most weather conditions, including snow and rain when safe to do so. Severe weather conditions may result in delivery delays.
