Processing Time

 

All orders are processed in the order they are received 24-72hours

 

Same-Day Shipping 

• Orders placed before 2pm cutoff may qualify for same-day shipping (availability based on product stock).

• Orders placed after cutoff will move to the next day Shipping  window.

 

Standard Shipping Orders

• Processing time: 1–3 business days standard shipping times depending on the Courier. 
   

• Shipping transit time varies by location.  

 

Shipping Delays

SalonInABox is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier delays

• Weather conditions

• Incorrect shipping information provided by customer

• Delivery access issues

• Lost or stolen packages marked delivered                      Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

• If an order is returned due to incorrect information:

• customer must pay re-shipping fees.
